Pilgrimage to Iona
September 3rd - 10th 2026
Find deep rest, presence, and a sense of belonging in the sacred landscape of Iona. A place that calls people home.
Life is busy and stressful.
You feel disconnected from the land and your own rhythm.
You believe time in sacred space matters.
I’m Amanda
Many of us are exhausted, distracted, and disconnected. Yearning for quiet, presence, and true rest.
I’ve felt this and I’ve walked in sacred places and know how transformative time in sacred land can be. I’m here to support you in a gentle, grounded way.
I help women create living homes. Spaces that nurture, inspire, and reconnect us to what’s real.
Pilgrimage is simply this work turned outward. It is home-making on the scale of landscape and lineage. It is remembering who we are through the places that shaped our bloodlines and our belonging.
I have come to know Iona as a place that restores, teaches, and remembers us back into ourselves. To bring others who hear her call is part of my own calling. To hold space with care, hospitality, and reverence so the land can do her work on our hearts.
Here, we spend our days slowing down, walking the shoreline, visiting holy wells, resting, and allowing the land itself to lead. Through stone, water, wind, and light, we deepen our connection to the sacred feminine and to the quiet wisdom held in place.
Iona is a threshold landscape. Time softens here. Distractions fall away. In this simplicity, you are invited to remember yourself and your roots. To listen more closely, to move more gently, and to let beauty and presence restore the soul.
This is a pilgrimage of remembering. An experience meant to leave you both transformed and deeply rooted.
You will return home with a deeper sense of inner peace and renewed connection to land, body, and spirit.
Next year I will be offering a mother + child pilgrimage.
“The geographical pilgrimage is the symbolic acting out of an inner journey. The inner journey is the interpolation of the meanings and signs of the outer journey. One can have one without the other. It is better to have both.”
— Thomas Merton
